Youth Employment And Training Program

The Youth Employment and Training Program targets Chicagoland youth from communities that have been the hardest-hit by violence. The youth are usually provided with temporary, full-time employment at Totally Positive Productions with the aim of achieving these documented outcomes: violence prevention, a reduction in risky behavior, and increase in educational achievement. Preference is usually given to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) eligible youth, youth on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), youth in foster care, and court-involved youth.
